Keystone Projects has been operating in Plettenberg Bay since 2002 with a staff contingent of 30 core members who are highly skilled and proud of their work.
We are a construction company that is able to offer our clients a full service from the introduction to architects to handing over the keys and maintenance management once the project is complete. We are big enough to build luxury homes and small enough to take on alterations and renovations. We pride ourselves in attention to detail and quality finishes.

Keystone Projects is a “Master Member” of the Eastern Cape Master Builders Association and is a registered member of the NHBRC. We are also very proactive towards a safe and healthy working environment with a 4 star safety grading from the MBA. Keystone Projects is managed and owned by Russell Kretzmann who obtained a BSc degree in Construction Management from the University of Port Elizabeth (NMMU).
For over 10 years Keystone Projects has provided our clients with a professional and honest building experience, ensuring our product reflects our dedicated approach in all aspects of the building process. Keystone’s quality and attention to detail has given our clients peace of mind that their project is being managed and built with integrity.This relationship with our clients has given us an advantage in specializing in work for foreign and out of town clients who are not able to be present during the planning and construction phase of their project.
